Pressed from
Ancient Groves

Epifanion olive oil is born from generations of tradition, cultivated on the sun-drenched hillsides of Cyprus. Our trees, some centuries old, yield fruit of extraordinary character — rich in polyphenols, alive with the scent of wild herbs and warm stone.

Every bottle is cold-pressed within hours of harvest, preserving all the complexity that nature intended. No compromises. No blending. Just the honest expression of a unique terroir.

Our olives are exclusively of the Koroneiki variety — the finest Greek cultivar, renowned worldwide for its intense fruitiness, low acidity and exceptional richness in polyphenols. Small in size, extraordinary in character.

Agios Epifanios
Oreinis

Nestled among the green slopes of Kalogiros and Chorteri hills, Agios Epifanios Oreinis is a village of quiet beauty in the Nicosia district — surrounded by the ancient forests of Adelfoi and Machairas, scented with pine, and alive with wild vegetation.

The village carries a history stretching back to the early 5th century, when it became a place of refuge during the transition to Christianity. Its very name honours Saint Epifanios of Salamis — the revered Bishop of Cyprus who sought to protect and restore peace among the people of this land.

For centuries, the land here sustained vineyards, orchards, olive trees, and livestock. It is from this same earth — patient, generous, and ancient — that Epifanion olive oil draws its soul.

"A village drowning in lush vegetation, fresh mountain air, and the quiet rhythm of traditional Cypriot life."
